If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of ITI's website following the posting of changes to these terms (including ITI's website's Privacy Policy) will mean you accept those changes. If you are a minor, "you" and "your" shall mean and include your parent or guardian acting on your behalf.

All materials on this site, including but not limited to, images, illustrations, text, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by ITI ("ITI") or other parties that may have licensed to ITI the right to use their material ("Copyrights"). ITI is a service mark and for the purpose of this site may also be referred to as ITI, ITI's website, or ITI's website online. Some of the logos or other images are also trademarks owned by ITI or other parties. Except as explicitly set forth on this site, material from ITI's website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights including but not limited to the trademarks. ITI respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide ITI Designated Agent the following information:

INFORMATION SENT FROM USERS

Anything a user sends to ITI, as between the user and ITI, becomes the sole property of ITI and is transmitted at the sole risk of the user. ITI will assume no liability for interception of such transmissions. All e-mails, forms, messages, ideas and suggestions sent to ITI will, as between the user and ITI, become the sole property of ITI. ITI will respond to customer service questions and may also provide promotional information via e-mail.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ITI BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE, EVEN IF ITI OR AN ITI AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ITI EXCEED THE TOTAL CHARGES FOR ACQUISITION OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

Because web based technology is not yet perfect, ITI accepts no liability for any product that is not delivered, delivered late, or any other event or activity that may have resulted due to a product not being delivered.

The Internet is a global network that is not maintained by any one entity. Therefore, it is quite possible to experience outages and delays. Please be aware that time-critical and other sensitive products may be ordered by a means other than ITI's website.

INTERNATIONAL USE

ITI makes no representation that materials or services available on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

TERMINATION

ITI reserves the right to cancel any order without notice and to provide a refund corresponding to the remaining portion of the order if it, in its sole judgment, believes that the product or services it provides are being used in furtherance of an illegal activity.

OTHER

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Maryland and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 

This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein.
