Job Description:

The Manager of Sales Administration is responsible for development, communication, and implementation of sales processes and procedures. The Manager works with the Vice President of Operations to improve field operations. The Manager’s responsibilities include:

- Conducting various projects and reports to support the Sales Team
- Training and managing asset tracking and online ordering
- Developing the Customer Call Center
- Managing the Customer Service Representative and the Administrative Assistant
- Planning sales trainings for new sales representatives
- Overseeing weekly reporting

Skills/Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated interest in healthcare sales management and operations
Strong Project management skills
Leadership potential
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Project a plus

Sales Analyst

Job Description:

Sales analysis, sales reporting, online ordering daily updates, data mining, ad hoc requests, product, account and contract profitability analysis

- Analysis for developing sales quotas, targets, and territory alignments
- Develop and distribute various reports to assist the sales force in their daily and corporate targeting efforts
- Distribute reports by rep that roll up for Regions – Utility, revenue, product used by customers
- ROI on new accounts set ups by type of account - Where’s the growth?
- Profitability by account
- Sales Rep and Region Inventory reports
- Track, report, and monitor adjustments (credits and debits)
- Track and log third party payer issues
- Commission growth versus maintenance reports/snapshot by rep and region
- Manage day to day: move devices, send weekly reports, transfer issues, ticket issues, set up new customers, MIA devices
- Assist customers with online ordering
- Manage Vendormate/Reptrax paperwork
- ROI on Tradeshows
- Follow up and organize leads from trade shows
- Verification of external data

Skills/Experience Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Pivot tables, Access, Programming skills a plus

Contract Clinical Consultant (part-time, variable hours)

Job Description:

1. Achieve and maintain advanced knowledge of device/component operation and use
2. Provide phone, email, and in-person training and clinical support to clinicians and ITI employees/distributors
3. Present clinical information during sales presentations
4. Coordinate clinical aspects of product trials
5. Assist with trade shows and other marketing functions
6. Develop presentations and educational tools
7. Review and assist in the development of marketing tools
8. Assist with other projects as needed

Skills/Experience Requirements:
• Registered nurse, wound care certification preferred
• Clinical expertise in wound care
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Self directed, creative, effective communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Territory Manager

Job Description:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for sales and sales support for our complete portfolio of products in a specific geographic area. In addition, the Territory Manager will support accounts in both acute and long term care market segments in their assigned territory. Reporting to the Vice President Sales, the Territory Manager will be accountable for sales results within targeted (acute and post-acute) facilities throughout the designated geography. The Territory Manager is responsible for selling products, features and benefits, while driving market share growth.

The Territory Manager will be accountable for developing positive, collaborative relationships with clinical care providers and key buying influencers, including Purchasing Managers, Physicians, WOCNs, Discharge Planners and other clinicians within the continuum of care, as well as targeted customers in the Acute, Alternate Site, and other healthcare settings.

The right candidate will have good communication skills, be comfortable presenting in a group setting and possess the ability to clearly articulate ITI's financial and clinical value proposition.

In addition to the sales functions of the assigned geography, the Territory Manager will perform multiple functions related to product readiness for patient utilization. The Territory Manager will provide delivery, removal and service support for products in service centers and customer accounts in a timely and professional manner. Performance of minor repairs and routine parts exchange will be expected.
